House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Max Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons and should NOT exceed, only registered guests are allowed in the property at all times.
Guest Registration: The full names of all guests occupying the property (visiting or staying must be registered. $500 fee and immediate termination of reservation for unregistered guests.
Check In is anytime after 3 PM.
Check Out is 11 AM. To respect the Housekeeper’s time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins
Smoking: NO SMOKING AT ALL inside the property. You will be subject to fines.
Event/Parties: There are additional fees and policies for hosting a gathering. Interested in Hosting a Gathering? Please email info@latitudeatoch.com for Event Inquiries.
Pets: No Pets are allowed on the property.
Linens/House Hold Items: Linens are to be used for its sole purpose and not to clean cars, shoes, make up, etc. if linens are damaged a fee will apply to replace items. We do not permit any household items to be taken from the property. Missing/damaged items will incur a fee to replace items.
Check Out Procedure: The check out time is 11 AM. Turn off Air Conditioner, Heater, all lights, fans & appliances. Dispose of any trash & open food in the fridge, throw away garbage bag into the garbage can in front of the house. Close and lock all windows and doors.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival
50% refund up to 14 days before arrival
There is a non refundable refund if you cancel booking after your 14 day grace period for a 50% refund
Cleaning Fee: $300.00
